Whether we are the right fit, and if not, who might be. If it does make sense, we outline a possible shape for the engagement. No deck, no pressure, no charge.

04 You decide what happens next

If you want to proceed, we follow up with a scope and a proposal. If you do not, there are no follow-up emails, no drip sequences, and no chasing.
